How long does it take to assemble a team?
It depends on team size and complexity. A two to three person team can typically be assembled within one to two weeks. Larger or more specialised teams take longer. We'll give you an honest timeline during the discovery session before any commitment is made.
Can I choose the Handover or Managed model after the team is built?
Yes. You can start with the Handover model and transition to Managed later, or vice versa. We build flexibility into every engagement so your choice isn't locked in from day one.
Does Team Assembling include compliance and payroll?
It's flexible. If you choose the Managed model or request our EOR service, Betternship handles contracts, payroll, and compliance. If you prefer the Handover model and manage employment yourself, we hand over cleanly and you retain full control.
Are there discounts for larger teams?
Yes. Special discounts apply for teams of 10 or more. The bigger the team, the better the rate. Get in touch through the form and we'll put together a quote for your specific needs.
What if someone in the assembled team doesn't work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee within an agreed period. If a team member isn't the right fit, we handle the replacement at no additional sourcing cost and find a better match.
Can you assemble a team across multiple African countries?
Yes. Our talent pool spans multiple African countries and we can assemble distributed teams across geographies. For compliance and payroll, our active EOR coverage currently covers Nigeria, with more countries coming soon.
