Staff augmentation means adding vetted African professionals to your existing team. You manage them directly. Full function outsourcing means handing an entire business function to Betternship to staff, manage, and deliver on your behalf. We recommend the model based on how much internal management capacity you have.

Does outsourcing through Betternship include compliance and payroll?

It depends on the model. Full function outsourcing includes payroll, compliance, and HR management. Staff augmentation can include our EOR service if you need it, or we can hand over the employment relationship to you. Either way, we'll advise on what's most appropriate.

How quickly can I get outsourced staff in place?

For individual placements, typically within 24 hours to 5 days, depending on the role. For larger outsourced functions, we'll give you a realistic timeline during the discovery session. We don't over-promise on timelines, but we do move quickly.

What if an outsourced professional isn't performing?

We offer a replacement guarantee within an agreed period. If a placement isn't delivering, we address it immediately, either through performance support or replacement, at no additional sourcing cost.
