As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing the development of our fintech products. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of the company and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to earn equity and potentially step into the CTO role.
Job Description
- Lead and mentor the engineering team to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of fintech products using our technology stack: Node.js, Express.js, Prisma, SQL, Typescript, Next.js, and React.
- Drive the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualification
- Proven leadership experience in an engineering role.
- Strong background in software development with expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Prisma, SQL, Typescript, Next.js, and React.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
